**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Delivery**: Conduct engaging **training sessions** across various IT topics, including programming, **robotics, AI / ML, networking, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, sap** and more,
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and continuously update course materials and lesson plans to align with industry standards and advancements in IT.
- **Hands-On Learning**: Provide practical, hands-on training using industry-relevant tools, techniques, and real-world case studies to give students practical experience.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate and monitor student progress through tests, projects, and assignments, offering constructive feedback to foster improvement and ensure successful learning outcomes.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Keep current with the latest technologies and industry trends, ensuring content and delivery methods remain relevant and effective.
- **Mentorship and Support**: Offer individual mentorship and guidance to students to help them understand the course material, prepare for certifications, and enhance job readiness.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other trainers and departments to integrate multidisciplinary approaches and align training with organizational goals.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Btech / BE, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT training or hands-on experience in an IT field, such as software development, network administration, data science, or cybersecurity.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Broad knowledge of IT topics with a focus on:

- **Robotics** : ( eg. Arduino, IOT, Sensor, Embedded, microcontroller)
- **Programming Languages** (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
- **Data Analytics Tools** (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python libraries)
- **Networking & Security** (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls, network security)
- **Cloud Computing** (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms)
- **Cybersecurity** (e.g., threat detection, ethical hacking basics)
- **Teaching Skills**: Ability to simplify complex topics, excellent presentation and communication skills, and experience with both online and in-person training methods..

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Professional certifications related to IT and training delivery
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in instructional design.
