**Job Title: IT Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee the organization’s IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, databases, security systems, and telecommunications.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and upgrades to improve the performance and efficiency of IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for information security.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for innovation.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in information technology and recommend relevant upgrades and improvements.
- Must be familiar with IOS, Mac, Android and others.
- Troubleshoot network like LAN, WAN and VPN.
- To Control breakdown's relented Hardware and Application issues.
- To Manage proper functioning of all the software & windows.
- To Manage all internal and External issues.
- Prepare Daily Basis MIS reports.
- Responsible for all type of task, whatever assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in IT management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
- Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) is a plus.
