**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the work of construction site employees, managers, engineers, contractors, and administrative staff.
- Conduct team meetings to communicate project goals, progress updates, and address challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, and ensure it aligns with company standards.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Perform regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate property listings, marketing strategies, and successful deal closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders.
- Cross-checking of BOQs

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,, Construction Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing middle-scale projects from inception to completion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
