**Job Title**: Construction Site Supervisor

**Location**: Panvel, Navi Mumbai
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
**Industry**: Construction / Infrastructure

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per design, safety standards, and schedule.
- Manage and coordinate site laborers and subcontractors.
- Inspect and verify the quality of construction materials delivered on-site.
- Manage the loading and unloading of construction materials.
- Keep records of material usage and report any shortages to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety on the site.
- Communicate with vendors, site workers, and senior engineers regarding progress and issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and daily site reporting.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction supervision preferred.
- Ability to handle site workforce and basic knowledge of material types.
- Physically fit and willing to work at active construction sites.
- Good communication and basic record-keeping skills.
- SSC or HSC passed (construction background preferred).
