**Job Title**: Site Supervisor
**Location**: Panvel, Maharashtra

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 2-3 years
**Education**: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution
- Ensure work is aligned with technical drawings, specifications, and safety norms
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site labour to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain daily site reports including manpower, materials, equipment usage, and work progress
- Assist in managing materials, tools, and construction site logistics
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce health & safety protocols
- Address and resolve minor technical/site issues to avoid delays
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Participate in site meetings and stakeholder discussions
- 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in residential construction)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and labour laws
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction reporting tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Must be male (as per site-based operational requirements)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Site Supervision: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
