We are seeking a talented Bakery & Confectionery Specialist to lead our baking operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary of up-words of 40,000 INR, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily baking operations, including various confectionery products. - Develop and adapt recipes to align with customer preferences and market trends. - Maintain stringent quality control and comply with health and safety regulations. - Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize wastage to optimize resources. - Train and supervise bakery staff, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards. - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and managing orders. - Collaborate with management to innovate and update menu offerings. Qualifications: - Degree or diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts or related field. - Prior experience in a bakery or confectionery environment. - Proficiency in baking techniques and food safety protocols. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for baking and a keen interest in industry trends.
