**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform cytological examinations, including cell culture, cytopathology, and karyotyping.
- Conduct molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, sequencing, and gel electrophoresis.
- Assist in genetic testing using DMLT (Direct Molecular Methods) and BMLT (Blood Bank).
- Participate in biotechnology research projects related to fish genetics.
- Collaborate with pathologists to diagnose diseases through cytological analysis.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of biotechnology principles, cell culture methods, cytopathology practices, and molecular biology techniques.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining high-quality results.
