**Job Description: Pathology Lab Technician**

**Organization**: Indorewala ENT Hospital, Viholi, Nashik

**Position**: Pathology Lab Technician

**Experience**: 1 to 3 Years

**Education**:

- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)

**OR**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform various diagnostic tests and procedures in the pathology laboratory.
- Prepare and analyses specimens, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
- Record and report test results accurately and promptly to the relevant healthcare professionals.
- Follow strict protocols for specimen handling and processing to ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to provide accurate diagnostic information.
- Maintain and update patient records and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and trainees as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in laboratory technology and best practices.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Tech-savvy with experience in using laboratory information systems and other relevant software.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Solid clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in medical laboratory procedures.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
