**Sales and Marketing Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced and competitive Sales Manager to join our team. As our Field Sales Manager, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities and close deals. You should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

- Develop new sales strategies and models.
- Knowledge of Digital/Media Marketing
- Build long lasting client relationships.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
- Manage your client database within your assigned territory
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years’ experience in sales.
- Freshers with a Post Graduate Degree in Management
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet the desired targets.

JOB LOCATION- Tricity, Delhi NCR

Pay: Up to ₹1,250,000.00 per year

Day range:
