We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven male **Sales & Marketing Executive **to join our team specializing in Welding Training Programs.

This role is ideal for a passionate individual who is eager to contribute to the growth of our training services, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for welding training programs
- **You will do Alliance and Collaborations with companies for training**:

- **You will be responsible for tie
- ups with companies regarding Training Certifications**:

- Identify and engage potential clients, including educational institutions and industry partners
- Create marketing collateral's, including brouchers, presentations and digital content to promote training services
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet target
- Should have knowledge of basic digital marketing tools to analyze the response out of running Ads
- Organize and manage promotional events, workshops and training's sessions to elevate the brand.
- Collaborate with training team to ensure alignment between market demands and training offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
- **Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or vocational training sector**:

- Strong knowledge of the welding industry and skills training's landscapes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to create engaging marketing content across various platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
