- Handling Employees query pertaining to social security benefits under **Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corporation & LWF**
- Handling Compliance query.
- Coordination with Govt. authorities & client.
- New notification and amendments circulate offer team & Management.
- Handling PF & ESIC Inspection & prepare documents.
- Processing Exit formalities under statutory compliance. (PF withdrawal/Transfer/Death Claim)
- Attend the meeting with Client.
- Preparing statutory register under various act Pan India level monthly Basis.
- Maintain client compliances data confidentially & updating MIS report to management.
- Ensure all **compliances (Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Payment of Gratutity, Payment of Bonus)** are practiced promptly as per guidelines of the
- Labour Act, and maintained client wise & region specific, Obtain **statutory (Shops & Establishment& Trade Licenses)** licenses
- & renewals under the Contract Labour Act as per client wise & region wise.
- Display Abstract copies and maintain all compliance MIS, document copies and registers as required by various statutory acts for all branches and Ho and submit compliance certificate to management stating all reports & Registers are up to date maintained as per requirement.
- Should have experience handling multiple clients.

Pay: ₹12,664.61 - ₹45,903.35 per month
