Urgent Need of Area Sales Executive (ASE) for one of the biggest diversified group in India for its FMCG- STAPLES sales Division at MOTIHARI (BIHAR) Location. Person with Graduate / MBA should have have 5-10 Years of experience in handling team of 4-10 sales professions along with taking care of 3-6 locations and handling Dealer distribution network. - The person must have worked before or is still working in Motihar and have a prior experience in FMCG Company
- Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment and Effective Management
- Follow & processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)
- Manage & Guide team of CSO’s/ Senior CSO’ to deliver desired results
- Sales Planning
- Width - Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes
- Depth - Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS
- Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned
- Manage Urban or Semi-Urban or Rural Markets
- Report Competition Activities in category handled and geography performance to Area Sales Manager on monthly basis

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
