Job Title; Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
A Sales Executive in the two-wheeler industry plays a critical role in promoting and selling motorcycles, scooters, and related products to customers. Their responsibilities are focused on customer interaction, product knowledge, sales targets, and after-sales service. Below are the key roles and responsibilities:
Understand Customer Needs: Greet customers and assess their requirements (e.g., type of vehicle, budget, usage).
Product Presentation: Present detailed information about the various two-wheeler models, features, benefits, and pricing. Help customers select a vehicle that fits their needs.
Test Ride Arrangements: Organize test rides for customers to experience the vehicle first-hand.
Customization Options: Discuss available customization options (e.g., color, accessories) and help with selecting additional features.
- Achieve Sales Quotas: Meet monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proactively suggest add-ons, service packages, and accessories that could enhance the customer experience or vehicle performance.
- Promotions & Discounts: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers on vehicles or accessories.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records, including customer details, vehicle models sold, and any follow-up actions required. Report sales performance to the sales manager or senior leadership.
Customer Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Prepare Sales Agreements: Ensure all required documents for the sale, including financing options, insurance, and ownership papers, are completed accurately.
Analyze Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences to align with the latest demands.
