**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information on logistics and services
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and takes ownership.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Shift timings: 24x7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
- Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
- Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills
- Undergraduates with min 01 year of International BPO experience
- Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts and WFO

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**INTERVIEW PROCEDURE**
- Round 1 - HR (Telephonic interview)
- Round 2 - AMCAT (B2 Grade)
- Round 2 - Ops (Video/Telephonic interview)
