As a multilingual customer support executive, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth booking process for our hire-a-driver service. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Kannada is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in booking hire-a-driver services, providing accurate information about pricing, availability, and terms.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Hindi, English, and Kannada (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards issue resolution.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
