We are a fast-growing financial services company that provides stock market advisory services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to help us acquire new clients and expand our business. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, promoting our services, and closing deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients through various sources, such as referrals, cold calls, and networking events.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their investment needs and how our services can help them.
- Promote our services and explain the benefits of investing in the stock market.
- Answer clients' questions and concerns about the stock market and our services.
- Follow up with potential clients to build relationships and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a field executive or similar sales role in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the stock market and investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
