**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and Compliance Associate to join our Compliance Department. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates with a keen interest in the financial markets and a basic understanding of compliance principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the team in conducting compliance reviews and audits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Excel.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance compliance knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Elementary knowledge of compliance in the financial sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and active approach to tasks and responsibilities.
