- Responsibilities_
- _Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports_
- _Report observations to WFM to help to change the staffing plans/roster accordingly and send the alerts on SLA misses proactively, if any_
- _Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders_
- _Identify the market/process/queue by team/agent wise volume variations and alerting the respective stakeholders proactively_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Good communication skills both written and verbal_
- _Should be very comfortable with handling lots of data & numbers_
- _Should have a good working knowledge of using Excel_
- _Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment required_
- _Good analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Power BI_
- _SQL Database, Access Automation_
- _Presentation Skills_
- _Lean/Six Sigma Certified_
- _Data Science_
