- What will your day to day role involve?_
- Responsibilities_
- _Process invoices with PO & Non PO_
- _Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports_
- _Production planning on a daily basis and allocating the inflow volume to_
- _Good knowledge of excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data_
- _Resolving queries like wrong posting, reversal, and corrections_
- _Support team members in processing corrections by clarifying their doubts and confusions_
- _Ensure SOP’s are reviewed frequently and the latest updates are incorporated post-client signof_
- _Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment_
- _Review incoming supplier/internal customer requests for specialty payments_
- _Create and pay specialty payment processes_
- _Process and research items related to manual check processes_
- _Research and complete compliance reports for areas that are considered a control as defined by the client_
- _Work on Vendor Master, Vendor Master Helpdesk & Payments run_
- _Responsible for Payment accuracy & Compliance audit_
- _Will utilize multiple systems and process documentation to complete task_
- _Must be able to communicate with clarity and confidence decisions regarding payments or non-payments of invoices or special requests: customers (internal/external) suppliers and department_
- _Respond to customer requests from legal, internal/external audit or business units, assisting with management response and resolution for in scope areas of responsibility_
- _Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work_
- _Able to Handle Vendor master query, Payment Run, T&E and Month end reconciliation_
- _Work on helpdesk query management, Exception handling like block invoices and other aged items_
- _Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports_
- _Report taxes whilst processing region-specific invoices as per the requirement_
- _Understanding of Helpdesk operations would be an added advantage_

- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _University graduate in any discipline_
- Preferred qualifications/skills_
- _Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration_
- _Relevant work experience in AP preferably in the Oil and Gas industry_
- _Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP/Coupa_
- _Preferable to have practical knowledge of Reporting and Service Now_
- _Understanding of Source to Pay process is a plus_
- _Excellent time management and planning skills_
- _Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities_
- _Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals_
