The **Primary Junior Coordinators**will support the Principal and Senior Coordinators in ensuring all-round academic and operational excellence of the Primary school.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The **Primary Junior Coordinator**will share the following responsibilities with other coordinators:

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive school environment.
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and adherence to excellence, of the primary school curriculum.
- Act as liaison between teachers, parents, and school management to address academic and behavioural concerns.
- Conduct, manage and supervise School events like assemblies, PTMs, parent orientation, annual/sports day, student events & competitions.
- Provide instructional leadership, mentoring, and support to teachers to enhance teaching practices.
- Conduct regular teacher observations and provide documented feedback on teaching methods and class management. Implementation of IPS ePM system in the Primary department.
- Organize and lead professional development programs and workshops for the teaching staff.
- Monitor student performance and progress, ensuring the implementation of effective assessment and remediation strategies.
- Ensure accurate updating and tracking of student data, including academic and disciplinary. Ensuring appropriate remedial action is taken for different performance groups.
- Ensure a strong culture of discipline across the School through successful implementation of the School’s PBIS procedures, including recognizing, rewarding and correcting behaviours appropriately.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Assist in the process of recruitment, training, and onboarding of all new staff and ensuring professional development and training of new inductees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in any discipline is required (Master’s desired).
- A minimum of 4 years of teaching in a reputed CBSE or ICSE school.
- Proven experience in academic coordination or similar leadership role, preferably at the middle school level.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and negotiate to obtain results.
- Self-driven individual, able to work with mínimal guidance.
- A passion for education and the ability to inspire and support teachers and students alike

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
