A debt collection telecaller's responsibilities include:
PROCESS: SBI/RBL CREDIT CARD COLLECTIONS

(KANADA,,TELUNGU)
- **Contacting debtors**: Locate and contact individuals or businesses with overdue bills to request payment
- **Negotiating payment plans**: Work with debtors to create and implement payment plans
- **Handling customer inquiries**: Respond to customer questions, complaints, and inquiries
- **Maintaining records**: Keep detailed notes of collection efforts
- **Ensuring compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
