**Designation - Inside Sales**
**Role & Responsibilities:
- **
- Inside Sales Associate acts as the first interface of Brick&Bolt. Customer Analysis and move leads (service
request) forward in the conversion pipeline Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
within assigned leads
- Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes sure that customers are
engaged throughout the sales life cycle
- Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer
experience
- Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished
on time
- Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and
customer experience
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Energetic and passionate to do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals
- Fluent, and good communication skills
- Quick thinking and should be target-oriented
- Must know to communicate in Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi/Marathi
- Work From Office is Mandatory - Bangalore
- Experience and enthusiasts for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,542.93 per month
