**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Malayalam)**
**Location**: Koramangala, Bangalore
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 1+ years in inside sales (B2B or B2C)
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Inside Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- **Client Interaction**: Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to convert them into customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services and be able to explain to prospects and customers.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain CRM with details of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- **Customer Support**: Assist in handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and outside sales teams to improve the customer journey and sales process.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in an inside sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Preferred**: Experience in [Industry-Specific Experience if required].
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
