As an M365 Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to plan, implement, and manage the migration of enterprise systems to Microsoft 365 (M365) and deploy and configure Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to the M365 environment, providing expertise in migration strategies and EMS features to enhance security and manageability.

1. **Microsoft 365 Services**:

- In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform.

2. **Identity and Access Management**:

- Proficient in Azure Active Directory (AAD) configuration, including user and group management, Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Protection.

3. **Exchange Online and Onprem**
- Experience with configuring and managing Exchange Online, including mail flow, mailbox policies, and security features.
- Knowledge on Exchange on-prem and Active Directory is Must

4. **SharePoint and OneDrive**:

- Expertise in configuring SharePoint Online for document management, permissions, and collaboration.
- Proficient in OneDrive for Business configuration and management.

5. **Teams Collaboration**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams configuration, including channels, meetings, and integration with other M365 services.

6. **Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)**:

- Experience with implementing and configuring EMS solutions, including Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, Azure Information Protection for data classification, and conditional access policies.

7. **Security and Compliance**:

- Understanding of security best practices within Microsoft 365, including data loss prevention (DLP), threat protection, and compliance features.

- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration, and reporting tasks in Microsoft 365.

10. **Migration Expertise**:

- Experience in planning and executing migrations from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365.

- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.

12. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, as M365 Engineers often work with cross-functional teams and end-users.

13. **Continuous Learning**:

- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest features and updates in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

14. **Documentation**:

- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and best practices.

15. **Project Management**:

- Basic project management skills for planning and executing Microsoft 365 projects, including migrations and new feature rollouts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Extensive Knowledge on Microsoft 365 SKUS
- Develop comprehensive migration plans for transitioning Different systems to Microsoft 365, considering factors such as data integrity, user experience, and downtime.
- Execute migration activities, including mailbox migrations, SharePoint and OneDrive migrations, and other relevant workloads.
- Experience in Migrating from Different sources to Exchange online(Hybrid Migration,IMAP,Cutover,Tenant to Tenant Migration, Staged Migration and Google workspace Migration)
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues to minimize impact on end-users.
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Stay abreast of M365 updates and implement new features to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Deploy and configure EMS solutions to enhance security, compliance, and mobile device management.
- Implement Azure Active Directory (AAD) P1 and P2 features, such as Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Governance, PIM, Identity Protection, Azure AD Proxy.
- Implementing M365 DLP policies as per Customer Requirement
- Configuring and Implementing AIP Policies.
- Knowledge on Microsoft365 Defender
- Collaborate with the security team to enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct regular security assessments, and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of M365 and EMS configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Provide training to end-users and IT staff on M365 and EMS features and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
