We are looking for an IT Administrator with exceptional communication skills to join our team.
- As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- You should also have the patience and skills to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
- The IT Administrator will also be responsible for providing high-level technical support for all AppZen’s employees.
- Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. The IT administrator will report to the IT manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware and software life cycles.
- Procure, configure, and deploy assets for local and remote employees, ensuring efficient asset management.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and offer timely resolutions.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement logical solutions for network infrastructure problems.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Configure and maintain Zoom rooms, printers, digital displays, and other IoT peripherals.
- Utilize existing SOPs and processes to provide timely support and ensure IT systems function properly.
- Provide well-articulated, business-oriented responses and collaborate with others as needed.
- Participate in off-hours support as part of a team rotation.
- Log incidents and risks for effective analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations and user guides.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including systems, servers, networks,and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Network Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security technologies.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical certifications such as AWS, GCP, CompTIA, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.

**Technologies**:

- Hardware: Cisco Meraki Network Infra, Apple Devices, Windows, IoT thin clients, AV Equipment, Printers
- Software: Operating systems such as MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Linux;
- Google Suite, JumpCloud or similar, Jira, OpsGenie, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins,Zoom Admin, Slack Admin, AWS EC2 and S3, MySQL or PostgreSQL, GitHub, Postman API, LDAP integration etc.
