PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HINDI, ENGLISH LANGUAGE FLUENT TELE CALLER TO WORK FROM HOME TO MAKE TRADING RELATED CALLS.EXPERIENCE IN TELECALLING IS A MUST THING.FRESHERS NOT ALLOWED.

STAFF WILL HAVE TWO TYPES OF TARGETS, FIRST ONE IS WEEKLY INCOME TARGET OF RS.50000, WHICH MEANS MONTHLY TARGET IS RS.2 LAKH.IF NOT COMPLETED TARGET THEN STAFF WILL GET ONLY 5% OF THE TOTAL INCOME GENERATED THAT MONTH.FOR EXAMPLE TOTAL INCOME IS ONLY 1 LAKH FROM THAT STAFF THEN STAFF WILL GET ONLY RS.5000 AS SALARY THAT MONTH.INCOME ABOVE 2 LAKH WILL HAVE 5% INCENTIVE.

SECOND ONE IS DAILY 2 HOUR CALL DURATION TARGET WHICH IS ALSO COMPULSORY.2 HOUR CALL DURATION IS INCLUDING INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS.WE WILL PROVIDE THE LEADS TO CALL CLIENTS.

STAFF NEED TO HAVE AN AUTO CALL RECORDING ENABLED ANDROID PHONE.STAFF NEED TO TAKE A SIM CARD TO WORK WITH US, WE WILL GIVE AMOUNT TO RECHARGE IT WITH SALARY EVERY MONTH.WE WILL PROVIDE AN APPPLICATION TO BE INSTALLED IN MOBILE IN WHICH LEADS AND CALL DURATION WILL BE SHOWN..CANDIDATE SHOULD TAKE SIM CARD TO ATTEND THE TRAINING AND THE EXPENSE WILL BE GIVEN WITH SALARY

NB: NO PART TIME WORK ALLOWED.STAFF SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND INCOMING CALLS FROM 9 AM TO 9 PM
