All Rounder

We are urgently looking for a female staff.Duty of the staff will be to clear the doubts of our enquiry in 3 areas, college training, insurace and trading.during our college training programs staff may have to travel with our trainer to colleges and assist in arranging trainings

staff should have fluency in English, Hindi, tamil and Malayalam.fluency in all the 4 languages is a must thing, fluency in any 2 or 3 languages won't be accepted.

Conditions:
1) Working time will be from 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Sunday, and staff can take weekly off any day in every week.

2) Every day there should be minimum 2 hour call duration completed by the staff

We don't give any target on customer joining or any other targets.only call duration target we are giving

3) whenever there comes an enquiry we will immediately inform it in our what's app group and staff should call that number within 30 minutes and should send the call recording to our our whats app group

4) staff should be available to attend incoming calls from 9 am to 9 pm.

5) we may ask to work from home or from office depending upon situations

NB: There will be a language test through phone call and then video interview through zoom
