**Plant Operator**

Department: Production

Location: Boisar

Reports To: Plant Manager / Production Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are looking the Plant Operator from **RESISN & COATING INDUSTRY** who isresponsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment and processes in the production of resins and coatings. This role involves monitoring and controlling plant systems, ensuring quality control, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
⮚ Operate, monitor, and maintain plant equipment, including reactors, mixers, pumps, and filtration systems. Adjust controls to regulate the flow of raw materials, temperature, pressure, and other process variables.

⮚ Perform routine sampling and testing to ensure product quality meets specified standards. Document and report any deviations from quality standards and initiate corrective actions.

⮚ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in safety training sessions. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

⮚ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure efficient operation. Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, collaborating with maintenance personnel for repairs. Keep accurate maintenance logs and records.

⮚ Maintain detailed records of production activities, including operating conditions, test results, and equipment maintenance. Prepare and submit production and incident reports as required.

⮚ Work closely with other plant operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth production processes. Participate in shift handovers and communicate any issues or important information to the incoming shift.

⮚ Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement changes as directed.

**Qualifications**:
ITI (AOCP) / Diploma in Chemical Engineering

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment, **preferably in the resins and coatings industry.**

**Skills**:
**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in varying temperatures. Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

**Work Environment**:
The work environment may include exposure to hazardous chemicals, loud noises, and machinery. Proper safety measures and protective equipment are provided and mandatory.

**Salary**:
CTC between 2.50 Lacs to 3.00 Lacs Per Annum

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
