**Job**: Sales Executive

**About the Brand**: Umay Benaras helps women who have an ethnic taste & affection towards what they wear by providing them a handpicked collection of Banarasi Silk & exclusive Bandhej under one roof. We are curators of luxury handwoven clothing.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handling Walk ins - Handling the store walk ins, explaining the products & services to the customers, understanding their problems, fulfilling their needs, closing the deal, providing after sales service & taking feedback.

2. Facilitating Online Sales - Sending latest collection updates to the database of customers on WhatsApp, answering price enquiries, providing additional pictures or videos, or showing product on video call (as required by the customer), understanding their problems, fulfilling their needs, closing the deal, providing after sales service & taking feedback.

3. Social Media Enquiry Handling - Making a note of all the enquiries received over different social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook & YouTube and making sure each enquiry is answered.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent Hindi & English (preferred)
