Responsibilities & Duties
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
∙Process invoices, maintain financial records, manage AP/AR, and reconcile bank statements in Zoho &
QuickBooks.
∙Post journal entries, generate purchase orders, and assist in monthly MIS reports for meetings.
∙Follow up on payments and share Statements of Accounts (SOA) with clients.
Payroll Management:
∙Update employee details and process payroll via GreyHR.
∙Handle salary holds, full & final settlements, and release payslips.
∙Manage PT calculations (August & February).
Compliance & Taxation:
∙Prepare and file TDS, GST, PF, VAT returns.
∙Ensure timely regulatory submissions and reconciliation.
Communication & Coordination:
∙Join weekly calls with clients to discuss financial matters.
∙Connect with HR and employees for payroll and compliance queries.
∙Liaise with Zoho, QuickBooks, and GreyHR support teams when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
∙Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
∙Comfortable working with and learning new software tools.
∙Strong interest in data entry, record-keeping, and financial reconciliation.
∙Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
∙Knowledge of tax-related accounting practices and compliance is a plus.
