As an Accounts Assistant, you will be an integral part of our backoffice team, responsible for supporting various accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting to clients.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of stock markets. Under the guidance of senior accountants, you will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and preparing client reports to support informed decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in timely updation of Client as well as Company level Banking transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, securities, and other financial assets to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Assist in the preparation of client Trade, P&L & Tax reports accurately and within the prescribed timelines.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and preparing payment requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trading desks, operations, and compliance, to resolve accounting-related issues and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during internal and external audits.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to professional development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
