The Back Office Telecaller will assist the real estate team by making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about property listings, and scheduling site visits. The role also involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining client databases, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling and Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about available properties.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide property-related information.
- Follow up with clients to confirm interest and schedule property visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate leads.

2. Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with clients to understand their property requirements.
- Update clients on new property listings, offers, and promotions.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the sales team.

3. Administrative Support
- Maintain and update client records in the database.
- Prepare call logs, feedback reports, and activity summaries.
- Assist the back office team in preparing property brochures and marketing materials.

4. Marketing and Campaign Assistance
- Assist in gathering client feedback on marketing efforts and property presentations.

5. Coordination with Sales Team
- Schedule and confirm property site visits with clients and sales representatives.
- Provide daily updates to the sales team on leads and follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream.
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in real estate).
- Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and meet targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
