**Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand the event’s theme, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop initial design concepts that align with the event's vision and goals.

**Graphic Design**:

- Create 2D visuals such as event logos, banners, posters, invitations, and other promotional materials.
- Design layouts for printed materials like brochures, programs, and signage.

**Digital Media**:

- Ensure digital assets are optimized for various devices and platforms.

**Branding**:

- Maintain consistency in branding across all event materials.
- Develop style guides and templates to ensure a cohesive look and feel.

**Event Space Design**:

- Create floor plans, stage backdrops, and decorative elements for the event space.
- Develop signage and wayfinding systems to guide attendees.

**Presentations and Proposals**:

- Design visually appealing presentations and proposals to pitch ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Create mockups and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with other team members, including 3D designers, event coordinators, and vendors.
- Communicate design specifications and requirements to printers, fabricators, and other third-party vendors.

**Client Interaction**:

- Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback.
- Ensure client satisfaction by meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Technical Skills**:

- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Keep track of project timelines, budgets, and resources.

**Problem Solving**:

- Address any design-related issues that arise during the planning and execution of the event.
- Adapt designs to accommodate last-minute changes or unexpected challenges.

**Feedback and Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from clients and event attendees to improve future designs.
- Continuously refine skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
