- **Communication**: Communicating effectively with team members and project stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field is typically required. Proficiency in CAD software is essential.
- **CAD Skills**: Strong proficiency in 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar tools. Familiarity with 3D CAD software may be beneficial but is not always required.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of engineering and architectural principles, including drafting standards, dimensioning practices, and construction techniques.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to produce accurate drawings with attention to detail and precision, ensuring that all dimensions, annotations, and other elements are correct.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to technical challenges encountered during the drafting process.
- **Teamwork**: Capability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with engineers, architects, designers, and other professionals to achieve project goals.
- **Time Management**: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders effectively.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
