We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Café Associate. As a vital member of our establishment, you will be responsible for various tasks ensuring the smooth operation of our tea and coffee shop.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation of Beverages and Food**: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, shakes, and sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Ensure the café premises are kept clean and orderly at all times. This includes regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, tables, and maintaining restroom hygiene.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and attending to any special requests or inquiries promptly and courteously.
- **Assistance with Billing**: Assist in the billing process as needed, ensuring accuracy in transactions and handling payments through the designated system.
- **Record-keeping**: Assist in filling logbooks and maintaining process charts in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a café or food service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
