**Job Title: Sales Operations Executive**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end sales operations process, ensuring smooth operations and continuous flow of sales activities. This role involves handling invoicing, client communication, and follow-ups, as well as providing timely updates on sales performance and pipeline. The position requires a proactive individual who can maintain strong client relationships while supporting the VP of Business Operations in various sales-related tasks and MIS Report Generating.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **End-to-End Management of Monthly Inputs**: Handle all monthly sales inputs from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- **Invoice Follow-Up**: Monitor the entire invoice process, ensuring invoices are submitted, tracked, and payments are received in a timely manner. Ensure this does not impact regular business operations.
- **Client Communication & Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for any sales-related communication.
- **Regular Client Follow-Ups**: Ensure regular and effective follow-ups with clients to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Weekly Sales Pipeline Updates & MIS Reporting**: Provide consistent updates on the sales pipeline, preparing and submitting weekly reports for management review.
- **Invoice Submission & Payment Follow-Ups**: Submit invoices to clients promptly and conduct effective follow-ups with client organizations to ensure timely payments. ( SAP, GRL, Each Clients as Different SOP for the Payment ).
- **Support Sales Operations**: Assist the VP of Business Operations with various sales support activities, including data analysis, sales tracking, and reporting.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and MIS.
- Previous experience in sales operations or related roles is preferred.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, client management, or similar roles
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹30,610.96 per month
