**Job description**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook **Continental dishes** including **Italian, French, Mexican, and Asian cuisines**.
- Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Collaborate with the team for smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
- Contribute to **new recipe development** and menu planning.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when required.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum **2 years experience** as a Continental Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international cooking styles and kitchen techniques.
- Culinary diploma or certificate (preferred, not mandatory).
- Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen.
- Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for innovation in food and plating.
