Bengaluru, India YourDOST: Online Counseling and Emotional Wellness Coach Full time

We are looking for smart people who believe in the power of transforming the lives of children with learning disorders ( ADHD, Autism, etc.). The job involves helping the child build self-confidence as well as to promote positive interaction in the classroom by helping him/ her focus on important concepts and overall development of social and behavioral skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be present and assist the child during class hours.
- Improve communication and behavioral skills in social settings through monthly goal settings.
- Regular updates and clarity to the parents about their child.
- Encourage him/her to ask for help from his/her teachers
- Engaging the child in various activities of self-growth
- Synergize with parents and schools on academic and behavioural goals.

**Requirement**:

- Undergraduate degree in psychology background
- Ability to function in an environment where there are many distractions
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Compassionate, empathetic and an understanding individual
- Work for a complete academic year of the child

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-8 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
