We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cosmetic Salesperson to join our team. As a Cosmetic Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling cosmetic products, and maintaining a clean and inviting shop environment. Your role will involve building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering expert advice on cosmetic products to enhance their shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the shop and create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cosmetic products based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized advice on skincare, makeup, and other cosmetic products.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships by following up on purchases and providing post-sale support.
- Maintain accurate and organized product displays, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Process transactions using the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the shop manager.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the shop's overall success, cleanliness, and organization.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in cosmetology is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the cosmetic or beauty industry.
- Passion for cosmetics and a strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and product displays.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Sadar Bazaar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
