**Position**: ICU Duty Doctor
**Location**: Apple Hospital, Indore
**Experience**: 3-5 years preferred

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Management**:

- Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Perform timely assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and administer appropriate treatments.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient records, including daily progress notes and care plans.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide lifesaving interventions when necessary.
- Support resuscitation efforts, including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates on the patient's condition and treatment plan.
- **Procedures and Interventions**:

- Perform and assist with bedside procedures, such as intubation, central line insertion, and arterial line placement.
- Manage ventilators, invasive monitoring, and other critical care equipment.
- **Compliance and Protocols**:

- Adhere to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and ICU guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in patient care.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations.
- Proficiency in managing ventilators and other ICU equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a patient-focused approach to care.

**Shift Details**:

- Rotational shifts (Day and Night).
- On-call duties may be required based on patient needs.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
