Job Description: Ward, Casualty, and Gynecology

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to emergencies promptly, including trauma cases, cardiac arrests, and obstetric emergencies. Collaborate with doctors in delivering emergency medical care.
- Assist medical personnel in administering emergency medical interventions and procedures as needed. Maintain readiness to perform life-saving measures like CPR, defibrillation, and obstetric resuscitation.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients admitted to the ward, casualty, or gynecology department, prioritizing care based on the severity of conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols and physician orders.
- Provide specialized care to women in the gynecology department, encompassing prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, and gynecological examinations.
- Assess patients thoroughly, observing their condition and communicating effectively with them to gather relevant information.
- Document detailed medical histories and current health status of patients accurately.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Perform physical examinations and obtain health histories before making critical decisions regarding patient care.
- Offer health promotion, counseling, and education to patients and their families.
- Administer medications and personalized interventions tailored to each patient's needs.
- Coordinate care effectively, collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Basic Knowledge of Computer.
