what we are looking for:
“Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods

Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness

Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long-lasting relationships

Attend meetings, sales events, and training for the latest developments

Report and provide feedback.

Maintain and expand the client databases within your assigned territory.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Proven sales experience
Track record of the over-achieving target.
Experience working with Sales.
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency.
Fluent with English,
Strong communication,(English, Hindi)
Negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven

**Job Types**: Full-time,

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month plus incentives till 50,000 rupees

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
