**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Prospect and acquire new clients within the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and culinary establishments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the hospitality sector.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
- Present Aasvaa's comprehensive suite of culinary solutions, highlighting the value proposition and benefits to prospective clients.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- **Sales Meetings and Presentations**:
- Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with client prospects to showcase Aasvaa's offerings and capabilities.
- Articulate product features, specifications, and pricing structures effectively to address client inquiries and objections.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the hospitality sector.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
- **Travel and Client Visits**:
- Travel extensively to meet with client prospects, attend industry events, and conduct site visits as required.
- Develop and maintain a travel schedule to optimize client engagement and maximize sales opportunities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
