**B2B Sales Executive (Healthcare Sector)**

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Growth**: Drive sales by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
- **Client Acquisition**: Onboard doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions while building strong professional relationships.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Develop and maintain key partnerships within the healthcare sector, including industry associations.
- **Channel Sales Management**: Expand market reach by collaborating with healthcare agencies, chemists, and old-age homes.
- **Collections & Dispute Resolution**: Ensure timely payment collections and efficiently resolve any outstanding cases.
- **Client Retention**: Foster long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Performance Reporting**: Provide structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. A persuasive and confident speaker who can adapt their approach based on client needs.
- **Target-Driven**: Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- **Travel**: Open to traveling as required to engage with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
