**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The primary responsibility is to contact potential clients, provide information about properties, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Explain project details, pricing, location, and amenities to prospects in a clear and engaging manner.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying intent.
- Schedule property visits, online meetings, or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Handle basic inbound calls and answer queries about current projects.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate pre-sales.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn project details.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay persistent, and maintain a positive tone.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
- Multilingual ability for regional outreach.
- Familiarity with tools like Justdial, 99acres, Magicbricks, or similar portals.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Number of daily calls
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- Follow-up consistency
- Customer satisfaction in interactions

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
