**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our real estate roadshow team. This role involves engaging directly with prospective clients at roadshow events, presenting property options, gathering leads, and helping convert inquiries into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company and its properties at roadshow booths, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Proactively approach and engage walk-in visitors to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal purchase procedures clearly and convincingly.
- Collect and manage customer data using forms or digital lead capture tools.
- Schedule property visits and connect serious leads to the internal sales team or agents.
- Support promotional efforts by distributing brochures and guiding potential buyers to digital platforms or project websites.
- Maintain a professional appearance and high level of customer service at all times.
- Report daily foot traffic, inquiries, and lead quality to the campaign manager.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, outdoor sales, event promotions, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a persuasive and confident attitude.
- Ability to understand and present property details clearly.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel across locations as needed.
- Basic knowledge of real estate products or market trends (training can be provided).

**Preferred**:

- Multilingual abilities (English + local language)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Prior experience in real estate exhibitions or activations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
