
Solar C&i Sales Executive

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the C&I sector for solar energy solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
**Client Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess the potential for solar installations.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
**Market Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands.
**Sales Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and the C&I market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
