**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cleaning & Sanitization**:
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to ensure they meet hygiene standards.
- Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, counters, and storage spaces.
- Dispose of waste and recycling according to the restaurant's standards.
- **Kitchen Support**:
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation by keeping workstations clean and organized.
- Ensure that all items are stocked and available for kitchen operations, such as utensils, cookware, and ingredients.
- Transport clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies to their appropriate areas.
- **Dishwashing**:
- Operate dishwashing equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Ensure dishes are thoroughly cleaned, dried, and stored appropriately for reuse.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Help with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and food deliveries.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of kitchen items to minimize waste.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, detergents, and other essential materials.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to management.
- **General Duties**:
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) areas.
- Support other staff members with tasks as needed, including assisting with banquet setup or event preparation.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
