We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, explaining our property offerings, and generating quality leads. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals to begin a career in real estate sales and customer engagement.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding available projects, pricing, and site visit schedules.
- Clearly and confidently explain property features, investment benefits, and other related services.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, customer information, and call records.
- Follow up diligently with prospective buyers to ensure interest is converted into site visits or sales meetings.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
- Ensure a professional, courteous, and positive tone during all client interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and pass on qualified leads.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence customers
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property market
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and in a team
