**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate properties and generate leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties and projects.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain and update client records and lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure conversion and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and company offerings.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales.
- Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
